Ordering and Delivery
Have you found a Belavie item that you just have to have? Great!
Now select a color and/or size and click ‘Add to cart’.
Of course, you can continue shopping. You can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner.
Please note: having items in your cart does not mean they are reserved.
Finished shopping? It’s time to complete your order. Click the shopping bag icon in the top right to view your Belavie items. In the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if needed.
Then click the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. You will now arrive at the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details on a single page.
Please note: once you have completed your order, it cannot be modified, as your order will immediately be processed to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Belavie covers the shipping costs. You will not pay any shipping fees.*
*Please note: you are responsible for the shipping costs if you choose to return an item.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all items with Track & Trace. You can follow your order via the order status page, the link for which will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: it may take some time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
3. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Belavie strives for fast delivery of products. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order on the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, so the average delivery time is 10–15 business days.
4. I WON’T BE HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will receive a notification from the courier with the pickup location details.
After 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you believe you have entered the wrong shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to us. 14 days after the indicated delivery date, PostNL will start an investigation. We will keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
