Exchanges and Returns

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@belavieofficial.com to discuss further.

If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear used, opened, or not in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

  1. Download and complete the return form if you haven’t done so already. Request the return form via the form below.

  2. Send your completed return form along with a photo of the products you are returning to info@belavieofficial.com  via email.

  3. After approval, ensure your return is well-packaged and meets all conditions listed below.

  4. Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your package.

  5. Use a tracked and insured service to ensure your package arrives safely.

  6. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to info@belavieofficial.com.

Return Conditions and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Ensure all returned items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • Returns must be sent via a trackable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  • Make sure your return form is approved; returns without approval may not be processed.

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Form
Use the contact form below to provide your order number, email, and reason for return.

Step 2: Ship Your Order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Include a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your package, your purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 business days.
